Women have come a long way since the first brave female decided to speak out against oppressive sexist force. Women have had to fight for their rights, in a way to be recognized before men and their modes of action are not seen as weak stocks, but as strategic ways that are not violent, but very assertive. In the US, the movement that emphasized the importance of civil rights of women began in the 19th century with Elizabeth Stanton, Lucretia Mott, and years later with Jeanette Rankin, etc. They were women who led the US female population see they were human beings with equal rights to men.
The stroke could be achieved through the efforts of many women over the years that we had the right to vote, to education, we are not considered as objects that all they do is bring children into the world. No, women are people with feelings, ideals, wanting to live, with the need to protect our children, but eager to get ahead even though we are single mothers, etc. If we ever got married and that marriage no longer works, we can divorce and that is because we have rights that today are recognized (at least largely).
A divorced woman
Women in the world who are reading this content, can you imagine the beauty of being divorced? Of course, if you decided to marry it was for something, or perhaps you were not the responsible of that choice because those who elected your husband were your parents, or perhaps you didn’t know the person well and today is not the same and that man treats you badly. You must know that you don’t have to stay with that man at his side, you are people with feelings and deserve a life that is pleasant and satisfactory, and if that man does not please you, and he is the worst you can have at home, so you have the right to say: no more! Stay away from here!
We are important
You must know that we have rights, all people know it now; we must understand that we are powerful and that the world is at our feet, that we no longer be controlled, which in our workplace we have opportunities to grow our skills and that a man is not going to be overcome by the simple fact of being a man. Read more about our rights on websites like this: ACLU, which gives us a glimpse of years and years of conceptualization and theories about our lives in the American History.
Women, you are valuable, and should bear this in mind!
